Buying Professional on this page starts a separate subscription with a new licence key, and Basic keeps renewing until you cancel it using the link on its Paddle receipt. Only an upgrade started in OmniDICOM, whose checkout shows “How the upgrade works”, paid with the email address you bought Basic with, moves your existing key and cancels Basic for you. To upgrade instead, click a Professional feature such as Process in OmniDICOM and choose Upgrade to Professional. When the app confirms eligibility and you complete the upgrade checkout, your key moves to Professional, and we cancel Basic and refund its unused part. If the app says your subscription cannot be upgraded, follow the reason shown there. Continuing here buys a separate Professional subscription. If your app does not check upgrade eligibility, download the current version and install it over your copy; your settings and licence stay as they are.
