Refunds

OmniDICOM is sold with a 14-day free trial of the complete Professional feature set, so you can establish that it works for you before any money changes hands.

The trial comes first

You can start with a 14-day trial of full Professional, with no card and no account. Nothing is withheld during it. If OmniDICOM cannot open your studies, cannot talk to your PACS, or does not do what you need, you will know before you buy. If 14 days is not enough to evaluate it — a team pilot, an institutional review — write to us and we will extend it.

If you still want a refund

We will refund a purchase in full, for any reason, within 30 days of the payment date. Write to contact@omnidicom.com from the address you bought with and tell us the order reference. You do not have to give a reason.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. If a renewal takes you by surprise, tell us within 30 days of the charge and we will refund it in full, for any reason. You can turn off automatic renewal at any time from the link on your receipt.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time; the licence keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for, and is not renewed after that. Cancelling is not the same as a refund — it stops the next payment rather than returning the last one. An upgrade to Professional started in OmniDICOM, paid with the email address you bought Basic with, is the exception: Basic ends straight away and its unused part is refunded, because your licence carries on as Professional.

Upgrading from Basic to Professional

Upgrading moves your existing licence key to Professional as soon as payment completes. We then cancel your Basic subscription and refund the unused part of your current Basic billing period to your original payment method. Your key and activated computer stay the same.

Buying Professional without upgrading. A Professional purchase through a checkout that does not show “How the upgrade works” — from the plans on this website, or from a version of OmniDICOM that could not upgrade your licence — is a separate subscription with its own new licence key. Your Basic subscription is not changed: it keeps renewing until you cancel it using the link on its Paddle receipt, and nothing is refunded automatically. A Basic payment made in the last 30 days can still be refunded in full, as described above.

What we do not refund

Paddle is the merchant of record. Your purchase is a transaction with Paddle, which handles payment, invoicing and sales tax on our behalf, and their buyer terms apply alongside this policy. Where the two differ, whichever is more favourable to you governs.
